We were approached by Elara Estates with a bold vision: to create a brand that would speak directly to the next generation of affluent buyers—one that combined modernity with timeless elegance. Elara Properties wanted to establish itself as the go-to developer for exclusive, forward-thinking spaces, and they needed a brand that reflected this ethos.
We began the process by diving into the values and goals that Elara Estates stood for. They weren’t just building homes—they were creating experiences, spaces where ambition could grow and thrive. Our challenge was to translate that into a visual identity that would resonate with their youthful audience.
The Colors:
We chose a deep, refined blue as the cornerstone of the brand, symbolizing trust, depth, and sophistication. Paired with a rich, warm tone red we referred to as “Velvet Crimson,” the combination created a balance between modern elegance and inviting warmth. This color palette perfectly represented the contemporary nature of Elara, while also hinting at the exclusivity and prestige that their developments embody.
The Logo:
The logo for Elara has clean lines and a modern touch, the design should evoke confidence and class without unnecessary complexity. It’s a simple, yet powerful emblem that speaks to the brand’s ability to blend timeless principles with forward-thinking innovation.
