Letter from the founder
I’m Monika Lepova, the founder of Lemon Studio Design. I started this studio in 2017 because I wanted to work closely with brands that value clarity, creativity, and ambition – from first-time founders to established names reshaping how are they perceived. Today, we design identities, websites, and visual systems for clients across Europe, United States, and Middle East, with a natural affinity for high-end brands.
Over the years, technology has completely changed how design is done. We’ve embraced the parts that make us better: research tools that shorten what used to take weeks, intelligent systems that help us see patterns in how people behave and decide. But we never delegate taste or direction to a machine. AI supports our work; it does not define it.
Ultimately, everything we do comes back to one question: will this make your audience choose you? If the answer isn’t yes, the idea isn’t ready.

Making a difference together
Giving back is a part of how we work. Some days we’re at a fundraising gala dinner, helping support bigger organisations with bigger reach. Other days we’re delivering essentials to people experiencing homelessness or spending time in senior homes.
We’ve seen and contributed to all sides of philanthropy: the fancy charity auctions and the not very glamorous parts no one posts about. Both matter to us, and being involved in all of it keeps us grounded in something bigger than business metrics. Which brings me to the part how brands behave – when we work on a brand, this thinking comes with us.
We design what people see, and just as importantly we look at how your business shows up in the world, what it communicates through its actions, and whether that aligns with the values you claim.
